The Sun 13 January 2013 white light

After waiting all day (including setting up and taking down twice!!!!!) I finally managed to get these with the Sun very low over the neighbours rooftop and behind some twiggy trees! Not the best images but I was determined to get that spot! (or spots - AR 1654 - it really is big). 60/128 frames stacked in R5 with flats. Evostar 120 Achromat and Canon 1100D:

That's a cracking shot Roger, well worth the wait. Like you I had three goes, but I left my gear set up and got a few frames just before 2pm, just processing now, but they won't be very good there was lots of high cloud.
