What looks best on here when u upload it to youre post or what do you guys recommend? Png,jpg,tiff?

PNG usually does the trick. It has lossless compression by default.

JPG has quality loss and get grainy very fast since astronomy pictures usually have a lot of fine detail that JPG is bad at handling.

Tiff can be quirky to work with online.

Png or Jpg. There is very little between them IF they are resized and resharpened correctly before uploading. I tend to aim for a 1000 pixel image, on the longest side, and 200kb in file size
