6.3 reducers with 80mm Fracs

I've seen some people using 6.3 reducers with their fracs and I wondered if any of the experienced members on here have tried it with a similar setup to mine, 80mm f/6 triplet and atik 314L with baader 1.25" filters

I don't mind if I have to crop a small amount around the edge

Probably won't work well- but if you have the f6.3 reducer already there's no harm in giving it a go?

I am currently waiting for an Astro Physics 0.67x reducer for my Pentax 75SDHF. I know that theoretically it shouldn't work well, but someone else has said that it's a good combo, so I'm going to give it a go.

Will arrive tomorrow in my Dad's suitcase, then just need a clear night to test it, 377mm and f4.5 - Yum!!!

i think i will give it a try F/3.78 if it doesnt work oh well no real loss. i've seen pics and had confirmation it works with an equinox 80mm which is kinda similar

i did look at the ccdt67 and have been told it works well with my scope and camera but the cost is a bit much
