new Focuser fitted

Finally fitted my low profile 2 speed focuser, already fitted the solid slow motion controls and knob set, homemade dew cover for my Telrad and have my new super comfy Mey chair, now i,m ready for anything!!

My set up is complete......untill the next thing..

nice. i have the optical finder next to the focuser as you have there with the telrad the other side,but im thinking weather to either remove the finder or swap it so the telrad is next to the focuser,as i only use the 8x50 once in a while compared to the telrad.

I was thinking of doing the same but when my Telrad dew'd up badly the other night , I only had the finder to guide me. So bit reluctant to let it go. Plus it does give a more accurate spotting when I'm looking for deep space.

good [point, thats whay rather than removing it all togeather i was thinking of just swapping positions, however that does mean drilling ! and i dont want to make more holes than necessary.
