Thanks matey.. I am planning to have this as my lunar/planetary EP. I have 10/15/20/25 mm EPs. I am toying between having a 5mm and a barlow or only a barlow.. any tips?

I'd go with the Barlow Prasad, it gives you two options with every eyepiece. Don't get a cheapo one though, these ones are pretty good for the money.. http://tinyurl.com/389fl6 .

I'd go for the ortho, then a 32mm and then maybe a Barlow at a later date. With the eyepieces you've got a Barlow would be limited use TBH.

The 10mm Plossls that comes with scopes arn't usually the best quality and Barlowed would in no way compare to a 5mm ortho.

I'd go along with that. I have the 3x. It's heavy,built like a tractor but effective.

I would agree with Gaz

If you want a planetary eyepeice then an Ortho is best.

Barlows are useful but if you have an average -supplied with scope - 10mm eyepeice and a good barlow you will still only get an average view of the planet.
