Revisiting some old data M42 DSLR

I have been looking at some of my old data my "Astro images" folder is around 300gb of lights, flats, darks, bias, avis etc

Having played with PI a fair bit over the last year i decided to revisit my DSLR M42

This image is made from 20 120s Lights, which is so little data as to where i aim now.

It was taken with my Canon 450d with an Astronomik CLS filter, with a Revelation 100ED and f6 flattener and an EQ6, guided ( I think)

I have done a reprocess of the image and a few things do stand out, the odd hot pixel, overall noise due to poor SnR.

I have a print of a previous process on the wall in the lounge,

Overall I like this image.

Agreed, last year was a poor show on the M42 front for me, I hope with all the new toys to get a cracker this year!
