webcam question

While the moon was out the other night i took a few clips with the spc900 in a barlow as before, now the question is i didnt think the picture was as sharp as one i have taken before now is this a collimation issue or just seeing conditions just looking through a 25mm ep it looked fine scope collimated as good as i can get it or is the collimation still out a tad. :confused3:

Posting the image might help, but collimation is easy to check if you point the scope at a bright star. As you move the image out of focus you should get a nice concentric set of diffraction rings. You might even find them easier to see if you use the camera to display them on the laptop.
