Hi,

Your last picture has real depth of field on the filament, outstanding collection. Makes me want to rush out and buy a DS for my PST. The negative image really brings out the detail, something else I am going to have to try.

Yes I like negatives - they work best for filaments. Not everyone does though so I suppose it's a matter of taste. Someone once responded to one of my negative CaK images saying that it scared him. Yes, acquire a double stack if you can. Mine was second hand and it's one of the best purchases I made.
