revelation 2" 42mm superview

Has any one got one of these ep`s thinking i might try one in my Tal 100 and in the mak 180, in the tal it should give a true field of view of 2.82609 degree`s and 23 x mag, this might be okay for galaxies and nebula

Hi. Yes I have one. It serves very well for dso and open clusters in my 6" f8 achro. It's a surprisingly good performer actually. Very good value for money.

Thanks Ant, sounds promising, have heard that this ep is not so happy in fast scopes, figured it might be okay in slow ones

I've used the Revelation 42mm in an C8 SCT and it was fine. Not so happy in an F/6.5 refractor though !.
