Anyone heard of Callisto as a telescope make?

I saw this 10" dobsonian on ebay today

The name on the side of the OTA is Callisto. Anyone ever heard of them? If so, what are they like, quality wise? He says the mirror is a bit tarnished - how worried should I be (they can be re-coated pretty reasonably after all).

I think they are made by Guan Sheng who also make Skywatcher mirrors.

By reading, it doesn't sound too bad, but I would think it worth checking the pricing first.

Thanks for the info. I didn't bother bidding in the end and it went for £102 - pretty good price if it is a GSO scope, but I just had too many reservations, including how am I going to get hold of it.
