NGC6946 - Fireworks Glaxy

along with the American Neb, (posted seperately) this was was my first attempt at guiding at the weekend. 15 sub at 340 secs, missed the Flats etc. this was a lot fainter than i thought it would be so a lot more data is needed but again for the beginning of the guide road i am almost happy with this.

cropped a fair bit. i can see the eggs forming in 6939 so a flatener and better guiding is probably needed.

My processing skills also fall very short, learning as we go...

looking very good, processing takes ages to get to grips with longer then taking the pictures but its all good fun
