As I have recently been discussing the 'posting' of comments 'good' or 'bad', relating to astro equipment retailers, I might as well make a start

On Monday I spoke to Alan at Telescope House, regarding a particular type of adapter that I wanted to obtain. Alan was able to relate to what I wanted to try and accomplish, and made a viable suggestion. He managed to find what I wanted, and it was with me the next day.

Thank you Alan and TH, great service as usual.

I should also add, that prior to this I had spoken to Steve at FLO, who although still unpacking gear from the SW Astronomy Fair, was more than happy to spend time talking to me about my requirement, although he didn't have a suitable item in-stock. Thanks Steve.
