Need some software AVI to BMP

Need some software to break up my AVI's of the ISS into individual images (BMP's or whatever)

Tried AVI2BMP but it won't accept my Toucam AVI's for some reason....

Anybody know of a similar software tool?

I know Registax and K3CCD splits them into files but I don't think either

will let you save out single frames...
