TAL 1 - EYEPIECE PROBLEM

How did you work out the 1.5" distance?

On the russian TAL forum someone was suggesting that it should be 30mm (...Переносить зеркало нужно на 28-30 мм...)

I have just acquired 1994 TAL-1 with old 32mm focuser and want to convert it to standard 1.25" eyepieces.

Shortening the tube is my preferred option.
