Hi Caldwell - just browsing ebay and noticed a TAL I thought I recognised from photos here in SGL land ... guessed it was yours. You have my sympathies - the back must hurt a great deal to prompt you to such drastic action .

I hope your back gets better soon and you find a suitable scope/mount! A 150k or 200k sounds a great option - I'd guess the 200 needs an eq5 though?

CG5 would work better with the 2" tripod legs for the 200K

the 200K is more cost effective than the 150K too

i would have the 200K to sit next to my 150P, what a fine set up that would be!
