Don't people buying stuff on eBay or Astrobuysell check prices elsewhere first?

Was looking for a replacement wooden tray for my Berlebach tripod (making a few mods). Found a new one on ABS priced at £35.00 delivered. Checked Astroboot and lo and behold they had a brand new tray priced at £11.50 delivered.

Anyone want to hazard a guess as to which one I bought?

That astro boot ones been tere ages an ages I was tempted to buy it. Then released I didn't have any use lol I keep doing tha though lol

Recently I have found numerous accessories very difficult to find in stock. Second hand market can mean waiting ages and then entering bidding wars that take the prices near full RRP anyway.

Patience is a virtue... if you have it!
