Request for decent mirror grinding tutorials

I would be grateful if anyone could post their favourite online mirror grinding tutorials - I have some of the items ready for the rough grinding and am about to acquire a sub diametre tool (a ring weight that needs the centre profile ground off).

A bit too poor to buy any books at the moment...

Stellafane has all you're likely to need together with the help from the forum here (check out Glasspusher's tutorial in particular). I'm in the middle of a mirror grinding project myself and would struggle without the wealth of information and ideas here. Good luck with it, it's good fun.
