Folks, they dont have them in stock but I'm prepared to wait. ;)Scope City in San Fran are selling Meade UWA 30mm (a monster) for $199 excl delivery, estimate $60-70.

Even if you pay VAT, (maybe $320 incl delivery) this is a great deal. They are around £299 in UK

That's a fair saving Bart even if you were to get stung for VAT. I have never seen one of those in the flesh but by all accounts they are huge.

The balancing does worry me, but i,m sure I will, possibly with the help of SGL , get to grips with it.,
