Webcam magnification?

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of starting to image the moon and planets with a neximage or similar webcam and was wondering how the magnification works. I know for EPs its EP/focal length. Is it similar for webcams and if so what would be there equivalent size?

The SPC900/880 / Neximage have a similar field of view to a 6mm eyepiece, which shouldn't be confused with magnification.
