NEQ6 Pro power socket repair successful

While running unattended last night capturing subs of M42 the mount went a bit further than intended and stress was put on the power cable to the mount leaving it power-less. The plug was bent but multimeter test showed it to be still working. However, continuity tests on the mount power socket showed no connection from the centre pin to the connection on the back of the circuit board.

So I unsoldered the socket, sucked the solder from the PCB slots and after carefully checking the socket, soldered it back onto the board. Then reassembled the mount and tested it. All working fine again - PHEW!!!! What a relief. I had nasty thoughts of an expensive replacement mount control circuit board in the back of my mind :(
