Lensless Schmidt camera

Anyone had a go at making a LSC ? I've made a couple - one photofilm of old and more recently via a converted low-cost Meade DS-2114s reflector + CCD - sample vid @

Surely any reflector with camera sensor at prime focus is lensless? Am I missing something? Is it just that the defining aperture is outside the scope?

One thing different I was thinking of doing with a reflector is doing away with the secondary mirror and placing a camera on a spider further out from the primary mirror (at primary focus).
