Imaging Saturn

Hi all:

I have a 9.25 sct, 2.5x powermate and dbk 21. Do I need higher power barlow or powermate to attempt decent saturn images?

I won't be imaging 'til it warms up considerably. I have been at this hobby about 3 years now and progress seems slow for me (retired)

hi 2.5x will get results , you might need to crop slightly

get some thermals on and get out there lol

Thanks for your input. It's -25 degrees today...think I'll hibernate for a while yet. Besides...I'm too lazy to shovel the snow off my obbsy (the igloo ) ...lol

The skies of Northern Saskatchewan should be dark enough to use a hand held camera.:D:D

Was going to say get along to MEC at the next opertunity but I see there isn't one in Saskatchewan - Regina? They do great warm clothing.
