Amazing picture. I tried imaging Jupiter tonight using my 200PDS and a spc900 cam but could simply not get any sharp pictures. I think I have to much light pollution where I live. Next step, wait for spring and go out to dark sites for the weekends.

Light pollution is not usually a problem with Jupiter. More likely it is a combination of low elevation and poor seeing.

Sounds about right. Soon I will have my new drivers license and car and will go to dark sites.
