Im surprised astropanel doesnt say its clear with the best seeing in a decade.supposed to be clear north yorks from 9pm-3am but im working 7-7 tomorow so not sure i can be bothered.if it was a new moon i would be out but not half moon

7-7 what a killer! done plenty of 6-6 and wouldn't wish it on anyone! Like looking up into pea soup here not a single star or even the moon!

im just hoping the week after the 7th april is clear some nights so i can get the rest of virgo ticked and asmany as possible of the leo area galaxies then hopefully the week after while im holidaying in guernsey i will get atkleast 2 clear nights because if i can do some early morning (3-5am) viewing i can catch some of the lower messiers before they normally get into view up here.thats the plan anyway

Well I'm gonna have to work on my viewing plans, sounds like that scope of your's does a lot of travelling crash. Liked the leo triplet. Do you think the ES eye pieces would be any good in the 200?

Yeab and then when you upgrade to a bigger scope you wont have to buy.new eyepieces

Ive just been given a free pass the first weekend in april(6th and 7th) so if its clear im going to head up galloway or somewhere else proper dark!!

Got to get me some proper dark skies too crash but at present be happy with a cloud free one!

I've got a thermal all-in-one thing I use for observing. Bit tricky when I need a number 2 though.
