Quick Question

Before observing is it a good idea to put a pair of bins outside to allow the optics to cool as you would do with a scope or can you start straight away? I'm a newbie to all this so any info would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Mike,

as you have a pair of small refractors it should be no problem in using them right away. Fracs with smallish apertures do cool down faster than other sealed units like Sct's or Maks for instance.

I have never had any problems with mine. I rarely use binoculars and when the need comes,.. I simply grab and go and never has mine given me any condensation issues.
