Batch processing AVIs?

Recommended Posts

I've got a load of data for a moon mosaic from Thursday, but the thought of individually processing each one is a bit daunting! So I was wondering how other people work with batches? What's the best way to do it?

Thanks

Helen

Avistack is easier for batch processing - just load the avi's and set: settings > processing > all automatic except post processing. Then start it going (You have to define a target folder, I think). you end up with all your avi's aligned and stacked - which can take minutes or even hours. You can then do the wavelets thing in Avistack or load them into Registax 5 or 6 and do the wavelets there - as you can save the wavelets setting for the first image and just reload it for all the rest.
