Making every photon count

Hi All,

I recieved this book last week and all I can say is it is brilliant, I have learnt so much about what I am doing wrong and also what to do to improve on what I was doing right.

after just 1 session the other night I managed to take about 25 50sec subs of orion nebula, unfortunatley it started to drissle so didnt get any darks or flats, but after following advice from the book here is my first rendered pic of m42 showing the trapezium. Its not brilliant but its a step in the right direction.
