Sunspot 960 - This time with the dob

I got fed up with the crappy Tasco, so decided to make a filter for the dob.

But ashamed to post my poor effort after seeing the others, but whatever.

Quite pleased anyway, its really hard to focus the camera on the sun, but these are the best of what I could do. I think thats 959 in the smaller shots, but Space Weather aint given it a number on there images. The quality is so much better than the tasco.

Did you stack many frames? Is that all at prime focus un-Barlowed?

Nah, all single frames Afocal.

The close up first image is 2x barlowed.

That explains the difference. Stacking sunspots with a webcam is really effective.
