cleaning eps

HELP!!!

My youngest daughter has managed to get her hands on my 10mm ep. This wouldn't be so bad apart from the fact that she had lasagne all over them!

What should i use to clean it off so i don't cause any damage?

The Baader Optical Wonder Fluid and their Micro Fibre cloth are the best and safest tools I've ever used for lenses (not mirrors though):

Another vote for the Baader Optical Wonder Fluid. Seems to be the industry standard.

Could you use lens cleaner for spectacles or is this not recommended?

I use the Baader Cleaner as well but lens cleaner is fine. You could take a look at Dion's video on cleaning EP's as well
