SPC 900 Magnification

Hoping some can help me out here, Does anyone now the magnification of the SPC900 when used on a Skywatcher 130m? The reason i ask is I'm about to buy a Tal Barlow but don't know whether to get the x2 or x3 mag.

If anyone has experience of this set up it would be good to hear.

Cameras don't have a magnification. Webcams such as the SPC900 have a field of view similar to that of a 6mm eyepiece.

I understand that they don't have an actual magnification, but when you put it in the scope you can see detail on things like Jupiter, so it must "see" to a equivilent of some eyepiece, does that make sense?

I've used a 2x Barlow with mine, I'm looking to upgrade to a 4x. Probably one of these

I use a 3x Tal (plus an extender sometimes to make just over 4x) with mine. Keeping the target in the FOV can be a challenge, especially as minor movements move it so much! I wouldn't be without it for the planets though.

they act like a 6mm ep so that would be about x250 that may be pushing the mag here for the said scope of yours on the best of nights so a barlow may kill it all together
