Calm before the storm with the SuperNewt

Well suppose to be blowing a gale tonight, but here in Cheshire is is a great night with low down moon.

So putting the TS SuperNewt F2.8 through some initial paces.

Managed to get it almost colimated, it is off a bit, but also managed to get the fan working, heaters and more importantly the OAG working.

So now imaging the double cluster in 1 min bursts in LRGB to see how well it sucks in the light. This should be roughly the same as 3.5 min burst on the pretty quick MN190.

Fingers crossed. Just got to get the colimation sorted properly.

Plan to hit it with 30 x 1 min bursts for LRGB totaling 2 hours to see how it performs.
