What is the huge red line visible from the ISS?

Todays APOD is a video of frames from the ISS, and at around 3:50 and 4:40 there is a huge red lit line across a country by the look of it.

Any ideas what it might be?

The aurora in the video are just amazing!

I think that one at 3:40 is the river Nile Tim.

The thin red line at 3.47 is the India and Pakistan border.

When I find out I am wrong, I apologize. I was wrong about catching the low angle sun! Whew ! Don't tell anybody, they will be trying to do that on the U.S. Mexican border !
