Is this a meteor strike on the Sun?

I was just looking at the Gong HA network feeling very jealous of anyone imaging the large proms up there and saw something 'hitting' the sun. It appears at 09:54:14 on H Alpha Movies at just above the 3 o'clock position and is seen for about 5 minutes (5 frames) . It doesn't appear to be associated with any visible prominence.

Maybe the "death throws" of a sungrazing comet?

Certainly not a meteor ( they wouldn't show up against the Sun)

I can see what your talking about. That would be a massive meteor wouldnt it? Guess it would have to be in order to actually reach the suns surface without breaking up

It is something pretty big, maybe 1-2000 miles diameter? I noticed it because it seems to be heading towards (maybe in front of or behind) the sun but doesn't appear to be part of an existing prom.
