Pier mounting plate

Is there anybody that makes this for normal amounts of money ?

Thought I had a solution with a mounting plate from one of those measuring things that you see people in yellow vests using at the side of the road. Looks like it will work if but it would need something added so I can make adjustments. Also with it being plastic I do not think it will be heavy duty enough.

Where do you get them from ?
