That's great news. I hope it is the first of many.

I live yards outside an AONB zone and there was talk amongst the villagers to put in a bid for dark sky status. It's probably just talk, I can count four LP domes in my area.....

Brilliant news. When I've had my shredded wheat of a morning I could throw a stone onto Exmoor from here, so that is very pleasing to hear indeed.

(Ok, maybe I couldn't quite, but it is less than three miles to the closest part of the national park boundary by road.)
