My report 30.6.05

Nice clear night here. The 127 performed very well.

I managed the following:-

M63 (9th mag spiral galaxy) - well formed smudge 32mm Antares

M57 the smoke ring - nice round dohnut.. very clear in 32mm Antares EP / even better in the 17mm Nexstar Plossl

M27 the Dumbell - well shaped in the 32mm Antares

The ISS passed right over head @ 12.30am

2 shooting stars (from north to south/southwest)

Excellent Rob M63 was one of my targets too:),

Watched ISS again aswell also seen 2 bright meteor's in haydes.

Glad the 127 is performing well esp with your eyepiece's nice.

And you're getting some use out of the 32mm Antares too.

You took in a good range of objects too. You sound happy with the 127's DSO performance.

I reckon you may get out again Sunday.

Oh, I left one out from the report!!

I cracking view of m13!!... yep the 127 did really well. Could be even better with a focal reducer?.
