Just looked at the SAT24 image - seems a well defined line between Cardiff and Kings Lynn... anything North of that line is cloudy but anything south is in clear skies

Garden weather station is reporting 28.6c at the moment and clear !

Met office is claiming clear skies again here in the south-east, but 5-7mph winds

Given the rest of the week is looking overcast or worse, I might take my chances again with waking up in the garden with the sun in my face!

Ah yes, it was good while it lasted , i'm now sat in my (metal) obby, and it's piddling it down, that chunky type of rain, sounds like someone has emptied a sack of dry pea's on the roof . So this rain dance you did, is it you i have to blame Malcolm
