12 frame jupiter animation

Hi all,

I don't often post in her being a DSO imager at hart.

I decided to have a go at Jupiter last night with my 250Px f4.8 10" newt and DMK21.

Seeing and transparency was variable last night as can been seen in the animation below.

The 30 odd 1200 frame avi's (@ 30fps) were auto batch stacked in AVISTACK so I have no idea how may frames were used in each stack.

Each run was 40 seconds for each channel RGB, with a 5 minute interval between runs.

Wavlets were applied to the stack with registax 5 and the RGB images constructed (RRGB) and giff produced in photo-shop.

This is a quick put together as more careful stacking and some post processing in photo-shop will probably yield a sharper and more consistent result, but I just wanted to see how it will look.

Excellent animation Mike plenty of detail in there and nice processing , by looking at these results i'd say you should be posting in this section a lot more
