Welcome, big sky, and I am also new to SGL, and hoping for some AP guidance (there seems to be plenty of excellent support here). Yup, and I envy your easy access to dark skies up in the Big Sky Country - down here in Lotus Land I am at least an hour away from dark skies in the mountains, and when we go camping on one of the Channel Islands, the skies can be plenty dark, but then a gale comes in from the ocean to blow away the telescope, etc.
