Moon Images(again)

I did start taking images early in the day about 3:30pm but could'nt get the right settings on my dslr,so i waited until abit later to get these ones.

They were very basically taken with a Meade LX90 and a Canon DLSR 350D.

The moon looks really good in daylight i will try again maybe one day i will get that right.

Common? Not at all, the moon is more than worthy of an image or two, and what better subject to practice on... Great shots there Rob... 8)

Well yes i see your point there and there is so much detail on the moon it would take awhile to take the same picture that looks the same.

I like your pics of tonights moon, so please don't ever abandon it as target for you camera/scope.

I agree with Caz, as will most of the forum members, the moon won't ever lose its lure.
