Hello every body,

So, I begining to do some images in RGB because I have to learn again and to practice with the RGB processing ! So, it is the RGB version:

Thats a great RGB start, my first M27 was greener while yours is a blue colour, not a criticism. Background a bit green perhaps in the second image. Ha will really add to this giving inner detail.

Franck, I think that is great. I think the nebula should be red and blue, the red and green being what you seem to get in Ha0111 images of the object.

My suspicion is that running this through SCNR in PixInsight or trying Rogelio Bernal Andreo's Hasta La Vista green plug in would be a good start. Google his Deep Sky Colors website for details.

Getting the background sky to the right colour is easy in PixInsight but you can also do it by colour sampling the background and adjusting it by hand. In both cases I think it is the green that is a little wrong, not so much the red.

Ha and O111 are brilliant for bringing out the outer shell.

Well done for getting into RGB!
