The sky is broken

The bits that are supposed to be black are gray. It's the nasty high clouds getting in the way I'm sure, but I can't get any contrast on the camera. M51 is a gray blur on a gray background with some lighter gray bits near the ends. Not fair, them lying forecasting bums done me like a kipper.

The satellite image however clearly shows that the clouds have been with me all evening, and they're not going to go away.

I don't know said that piece of claptrap, it's patently not true. Best thing to do CC, is start up S.N. and look at a virtual sky.

It is not the same, but it prevents complete breakdown,. It's either that or booze. Choice is yours.

I should point out that later it repaired itself after I sacrificed a Stella to the cloud gods. Then I got the M51

Done the beer already Rog.

Now waiting for the clouds to go to bed and I can roll the lid off. The alarms and cctv are off, the internal windproofing bolts are off, all ready.

Maybe one more beer will do it.

Just had the nice bloke from the supermarket drop off two cases of the cloud god appeasement juice. I'll try to get them to pack in after the weekend. The weekend is trashed as they're having a Mother's Day party starting tonight.
