Upside down rainbow

Hi, not seen this before not the best pictures but we saw this at about 19:45 tonight. Any ideas why this occurred ?

It's an Upper Tangent Arc I believe... Atmospheric halos it's caused by ice crystals I think (hexagonal based on that website).

Circumzenithal arc it looks to me rather than an upper tangent arc John. Still hexagonsl crystals, but plates rather than rods. Quite common but many people miss them.
