Thanks for the reply. I'll definately come down soon with my 'scope.

What kind of time does most people come down and until when? And is the Centre open every Friday &/or Saturday night?

I can vouch for the lack of light pollution, I've driven past the Centre loads of times and it's in a fantastic position.

Any time after 7.30 but it doesn't get dark enough untill after 10.00 this time of year. Currently, guaranteed to be open only on Saturday evenings.
