EQMOD Polarscope problem

Hi,

Just walking through the YouTube tutorial on EQMOD regarding EQ Polarscope, seemed simple enough to follow and tried a dry run in my kitchen without the scope simulating an alignment.

For some reason the Align Polar Scope, Set Polar Scope Home and Move to Polar Scope Home buttons are greyed out . Mount limits are un-ticked and the scope unparked.

Polar Scope status is ready!

Can anybody advise what I'm missing here.

Usually that happens because the mount was parked when the polar alignment window was opened. Unparking with the window open may not fix it - you may need to close and reopen the polar alignment window.

I tried this, was actually following the guide on line. Tried a few options and it says status is ready so its a mystery.

Just can't believe how much time its taking to get everything up and running though! So much to learn!

I'm doing a bit when I can. Got the mount, sounds and gamepad working so far.

Hi Mark,

Could you control the mount using the direction buttons on EQMOD before attempting the polar align?

Just to check all comunications were working properly.
