Reference frame selection - DSS

I've now been getting longer subs and over a couple of nights I tried combining some colour data in PS. But this wasn't possible because of some field rotation (I need to nail my polar alignment for longer focal lengths). It got me wondering whether its posible to use one reference frame for all the colour stacking - but not stack it ie use say a luminance frame and get all the colours aligned to that. I'm currently using DSS for stacking.

load the frame(s), right click on the one you want to use and select "use as reference frame", deselect the check box on the left so it doesnt get added into the stack, go... (I think!)

Thats right Steve, a (*) will appear in the score column when selected as a referemce frame.
