Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well! I just wanted to ask if anyone had any ideas for projects to do, as the sky is clearing up and i wanted to make the most of it. Anything, maybe finding or tracking a certain celestial object or mapping the moon! I'll leave it up to you!😊

I couldn't agree with you more. Respect.

I'd just like to thank @Zermelo for bringing this https://www.forbes.com/sites/jonathanocallaghan/2020/07/31/amazon-is-going-to-add-3000-more-satellites-into-earths-orbit--and-people-are-not-happy/ travesty to my attention. Thank you.

I have only recently found out about this, and i cannot believe it. To quote Stargazerslounge member Baldyman "I wonder what we will fill up with junk first. The oceans or the atmosphere?" How dare anyone be given permission to do this? Is there something i can sign to try and stop it? I don't know who i am more furious at, Amazon or the FCC. I know this was announced a while back, but i am still making this article regardless. Please let me know what i can possibly do to try and stop it. My sorrow cannot be expressed fully. If polluting our own planet wasn't enough... ugh. I know you probably have all heard it before, but i felt i must put something. Thank you for your time.

I'm doing the exact same thing, but vice versa! I'm hopefully going to get a reflector soon (despite this) so it will indeed be interesting comparing he views. -

https://www.widescreen-centre.co.uk/skyfi-iii-wireless-telescope-control-system.html This looks cool, but damn is it overpriced. There may be remote controls, but i am not aware of any for your particular scopes. However, i am new, so take what i say with a pinch of salt. -

Yeah this is the thing, isn't it, that you can probably see colour through a large aperture, but not from a refractor. By the by, where is the snowball nebula located, pray? I'm new. -
Yeah, that seems to happen sooner than you think. I think my household is singlehandedly keeping Amazon running😆

Hi everyone! I would just quickly like to ask people for any suggestions for targets to observe, as i would really like to know your faves are. Also, i'd like to ask, what's all this 'reputation' stuff about. Apparently at the moment i'm a Nebula.

A travesty! My disappointment cannot be expressed in words, especially as i wanted to purchase an 8" Dob.
