Stellarium is a nice visual observers add on.

CdC is for Imagers and observatorys.

Big thumbs up from me on helping me sort all the dovtails and associated gubbins to get my imaging rig sorted.

All arrived in good time. and work perfectly !

I have got Sharpcap running on my life cam and PHD guiding on my Phillips

I found an app called tincam, it can see two cams and names them 1 and 2.

So from that i assume that the driver supports the dual id as mentioned n the link i put up.

I guessing that the issue is probably application based, to see if it also can see two cams

my Progress

I can have 2 SharpCaps running, both from different paths and have 2 independent cams working Windows 7.

At this point though its my life cam on one and the Phillips on the other.

as for both Phillips at this point they crash the program totally and make it unresponsive even to Task manager nuke, only way to solve that is a full reboot.

So im pondering if a registry edit of the cams might seperate them ok.

how does it perform?

I read up on the massive bino scope in the US and it gives a huge mirror.

Is this the way forward?

Dobsonian Binoscopes?
