I sold a telescope on here away back in 2012 , with Royal Mail , Scope and mount were in perfect condition , however when it arrived at the buyer , the mount was damaged (cosmetically iirc) as no doubt they had been throwing it about. Ended up having to compensate the buyer . Basically gave it away. I would only drop them off or have them collected now

Had a day off today so decided to take the dog for a wander . Decided on a place near Dundee , Scotland called Kinpurney Hill , which houses an old tower that was built by an amateur astronomer away back in 1766 as an observatory, quite a trek up to the top of the hill , but assuming it would be pretty good for astronomy (on a clear night) due to the location.
