What is/was the cause? My last nasty painful back turned out to be a kidney stone. If yours was a strain then let it heal, then slowly and lightly strengthen it. Then get back to observing. Do not go out too soon, get warm clothing even in summer, good body warmer is useful.

While I can sympathise with your back pain and know personally how bad it can be please remember this is a family friendly forum and the same rules apply to status updates as they do to any other part of the forum.

Only said b.u.g.g.e.r...... Got a Drs appointment in an hr, as been bedridden for two and a half days. The pain is too high for kidney trouble, something muscular as I keep having painful spasms. Tramadol and 1000mg of co-codamol is not touching it. And I wanna do is get out there with my baby scope, bins and cameras, and teach the other half what little I know.
